BREAKFAST MUFFINS


Get these quick, easy & nutritious bad boys in you! Carb-free & flexible to use what ever ingredients you have lurking in your pantry - these breakfast muffins will be pre-pared for you to grab on the run or as a go-to healthy snack.

I N G R E D I E N T S Makes 6

+ 6 eggs + a handful of spinach + some chopped spring onions + some chopped sundried tomatoes + a dash of milk + a sprinkling of parmesan cheese + salt & pepper Whisk the eggs, then add all the other ingredients together. Mix it up! Pour into a pre-greased muffin tray and bake for around 15mins, or until they have risen & are golden. You can literally use whatever you like, feta, red onion, shrooms - just keep it healthy and real! No doubt the kidlets will get into them as well.
