The physiological systems that happen within our body with every breath, every day have the ability to support this deep core connection. By understanding how these systems function you can build the endurance, stability and functionality of your core.

The Core Method uses science based, physiological processes to re-train the core. We believe it is the most effective way to strengthen your deep core muscles, inclusive of your pelvic floor muscular network. The pelvic floor, deep core and breath are completely interconnected, therefore we need to treat them are one unit when rehabilitating and strengthening our core.
