Here at Fit Birds we offer a well-rounded holistic approach to fitness. We understand the female body and make sure we honour ALL areas of womanhood.

 

We offer training methods which are supportive to nurturing a strong, lean and bendy body. We incorporate Yoga, HIIT, Strength & Conditioning and Pilates into our training to ensure you get the full package.

Our classes are fun, friendly and non-judgy birds! We support ALL birds and ALL birds will be worked hard.

MUMMA & BUBBA

We LOVE new mamma birds and your bubbas! ALL our classes are postnatal safe though our Mon-Fri 10.30am classes we invite your bubs too. We will cuddle your bub and ensure YOU get a sweet sweaty workout!
