Our trainers are all qualified and have years of training and experience behind them. We are here to make sure your classes and PT sessions are fun, friendly and effective. We will commit ourselves fully to helping you on your wellness path.

SHANI YEEND

In 2015, as a way to bring women together through movement while reconnecting with our natural surroundings, Fit Birds came to fruition. Shani has over decade of experience in the health & fitness industry, becoming a Personal Trainer in her homeland of NZ in 2003. Shani has travelled & trained in various countries & wishes to inject a lust for looking after yourself, while maintaining a balanced lifestyle.

CHARLIE SUMMERS

Charlie is our little ball of energy bird! She grew up in Nottingham and was a keen athlete from an early age. Charlie completed a dance degree at the University of the arts, Lincoln and upon graduating moved to London. Her understanding and fascination of how the human body works led her to personal training. Charlie has a vibrant and friendly approach to training and her classes promise to leave you feeling like Wonder Woman, totally energised and empowered to tackle your week ahead like a boss. 

SEEMA CHOPRA

Seema is a Kathak dancer (think Flamenco), a Personal Trainer and a strength and conditioning specialist; she is educated to MSc level to understand supplementary training, injury prevention, physiology and more. She's also a proud mother of a bouncing toddler and has successfully rehabilitated herself to performance level after an emergency c-section through a blend of Pilates, Iyengar yoga, strength training and dance.

Seema uses her diverse toolbox to train women, to make them feel empowered and energised in an exercise environment.

CAMI VIDAL

Cami Vidal is a yoga teacher, a drinks & cocktail expert and the founder of La Maison Wellness.

Our French beauty's mission is to celebrate the healthy hedonist lifestyle and empower people to live well, with less labels. Cami's mantra is Drink Well, Eat Well, Live Well because living WELL means doing everything with enjoyment and a love for life.

JEMMA OOI

Jemma believes yoga is an opportunity to find space and a moment of silence. A place to discover, observe, acknowledge and respond. Tapping into your intuitive
responses and learning to value and respect what you are capable of.
