November 5th we welcome lockdown 2.0 & our full timetable of 18 weekly classes to Zoom birds.

We’ve decided we will come out of this together feeling fit, strong & happy. We invite you to move with us as much as you can, get your family/household involved, meet with a fellow bird in the park for all the Fit Bird fun! 

How though?

1. Download the free Zoom app & create your log in

2. Book into your classes on MINDBODY as usual.

3. Enter in the Zoom Meeting Room details or simply use this link (this link is permanently on our Insta bio too)

4. Please be sure to join Zoom 10min before class. If you are late you run the risk of being held in the “waiting room” (snore) & will miss class 👎  So don’t be late birds!

5. Check our Insta Stories daily for our suggested playlists for each class or get your fave tunes ready to set the vibes!

To reiterate: Zoom log in details the same for ALL the classes. You will need to be accepted into the room though, so please ensure you have booked on in advance. No booking no class sorry!
