Join Fit Birds & Sarah Parker Physio for their third edition of this very special collaboration. After the success of the previous two Adore Your Pelvic Floor workshop's, we will continue our mission to spread the word & knowledge of our female anatomy! It's time to discover and rediscover the superpowers of our pelvic floor.
We are taking this outdoors, we will be shaded & surrounded by the beautiful green space of Crystal Palace Park. We will share the exact location in the park as the date nears.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
ALL vagainas! In particular though we highly recommend this workshop for pregnant women, postnatal women and women who are experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction or disconnection.
What to Expect:
8.45am Arrive & Exhale
9-9.30am Breath Work & Yoga
9.30-10.30am Anatomy, Function & Dysfunction Of The Pelvic Floor
10.30-11am Activation & Relaxation
11-11.30am Postural Alignment & Pilates
11.30-12pm Visualisation & Meditation
