Inversions (going upside down) can bring up feelings of fear & distrust within yourself. This workshop aims to tip the happiness into your head so you can move through the fear & towards a more playful you!

What to Expect
Partner exercises using each other to lift off the ground, preparations for handstands. Strengthening your core muscles as you play.

What to bring
BYO yoga mat (not necessary though), comfortable clothing, water & a playful vibe!

No partner, yoga or inversions experience needed.
