In 2015, as a way to bring women together through movement while reconnecting with our natural surroundings, Fitbirds took flight.
Shani has been in the health & fitness industry for two decades becoming a Personal Trainer in her homeland NZ in 2003.
Shani is dedicated to rehabilitating & strengthening women. Using breath work in unison with functional fitness for mobility & postural alignment.

Charlie grew up in Nottingham, an ex professional dancer that has merged her two loves - dance & fitness. With a vibrant & friendly approach to wellness, Charlie brings the feel good factor & energy to classes & PT. Co-owning Fitbirds with Shani is her dream job! Striving to be a positive role model for the next generation.

Katie is a musical theatre performer and personal trainer & a new mama bird.
Katie has worked professionally in both fields for 8 years and believes that a strong mind has to be the driving force in your fitness journey. Being a dancer Katie specialises in perfect form for the prevention of injuries and rehabilitation. Katie is here build each and every woman up!

Charlotte grew up in Staffordshire, dancing her way through childhood before moving to London to pursue Musical Theatre in 2013.
Charlotte is passionate about sharing her knowledge for safe, inclusive movement for all bodies & loves to make sure your journey through fitness is enjoyable & creative. Charlotte’s training style is focused on finding out what your body can do, improving your daily life through movement, whether your goals are completing a triathlon or running after your little ones with ease.
Charlotte believes PT is a tool to plant the seeds for a strong, mobile, connected future.
Expect sweat, power, tunes and a laughs in her sessions!
LIZZIE SELLS

A professional dancer, teacher & international performer, Lizzie has been spreading the joy of movement since 2009. She brings more than 10 years of experience working with the body to her teaching.
Lizzie qualified as a Hatha & hot yoga teacher in 2017. Since then Lizzie has gone on to specialise in yin yoga & yoga Nidra. Lizzie teaches regular prenatal classes and is currently training in Pilates.
Lizzie aims to cultivate a sense of sweet peace & mindful surrender in all her classes. With Lizzie, you can expect a fluid, grounding session, encouraging playful awareness to a kick-ass playlist!

From childhood Tara has had fitness and movement in her bones. 8 years ago Tara made the conscious decision to turn her passion for strength training and fitness into a career. Tara's priority is to support herself and women to live life with a positive, mental wellbeing, empowering women to reach their full potential, both physically and mentally.
Taking a holistic approach to fitness whilst specialising in strength training, boxing and pre & postnatal, Tara’s energy will have you sweating, laughing & leaving every session on a natural high!
