We've been waiting long time to be reunited in our retreat nest together birds. I'm sure we can all agree, the past year & a half has been more than intense. Join Fitbirds & La Maison Wellness for our weekend retreat at The Quaives where we will provide space for you to process all that has been. This venue has our name all over it, surrounded by nature we will tune inwards & connect together as a community.

MOVEMENT & MEDITATION
We offer you the perfect balance of movement. We offer guided meditation, vinyasa flow & yin yoga. HIIT & boxing.
NOURISH & RESTORE
Nourish yourself with beautiful plant based meals & sip on mindful cocktails throughout.
Plenty of time to rest. Explore the grounds - play tennis, book a massage or soak in the outdoor hot tub.
ACCOMODATION
Beautiful Scandinavian interiors to ensure a calming, restful nights sleep. The Quaives offer a range of tasteful accommodation to suit budgets & personal preferences from dorms to private cottages.
Dormitary - beautiful Scandinavian style dormitory with 8 adult bunk beds in a stylish, cozy, clean spacious room, with 3 modern toilets & shower facilities.
