We welcome you to fly with us in Mayow Park + Crystal Palace Park, two beautiful green sanctuary's in South East London.
You don't need us to tell you about the benefits of connecting with nature, or maybe you do - nature is our best medicine birds. Let nature, the trees, the birds, the fresh air + the grass re-root you. Witness your worries wash away by simply flocking together. Add breath work, moving + endorphins into the mix + you'll walk away feeling a sense of lightness, calm + renewed energy.
The Movement, playful.
Fitbirds are mindful movers, we fully connect with our bodies. We train barefoot, play barefoot and move our bodies just as children play in the playground.
Training methods at Fitbirds aim to keep to you feeling strong, fit and happy - in the body, mind and soul. We move to reduce pain in our body, to improve our posture and to be able to chase our kids without worry of leaking or hurting our back.
Our movement is embodied, functional and primal.
Our park classes implement breath work, mobility, Pilates, our Core Method + strength training modalities. Using bodyweight, Pilates balls, resistance bands + boxing gloves/pads to ensure the training is challenging + playful.
Expect big tunes + high vibes. BYO mat, water to all park classes. Babies + kids welcome to all classes. Babies + children welcome to all classes.
