Loosen Up

Mobility with a difference. Loosen Up will release tightness and tensions in the body. Using bodyweight, resistance and strength drills - we will loosen up your body with intelligence.

MetCon

MetCon (metabolic conditioning) is here to push your boundaries. This class will challenge your endurance, power and strength. MetCon uses three modalities: Strength training with weights, plyometrics - bodyweight power and HIIT and sliding discs to condition your deep core and to challenge your cardio. This class will aim to keep you in zone 4 aerobic endurance. Expect to feel challenged physically and mentally.
