Core

Strong

Pilates interwoven with compound strength exercises to build deep core conditioning, inclusive of your pelvic floor. Suitable for pre and postnatal and injury rehab. Build your deepest core strength with this class.

Get seriously strong. Strong uses functional movement patterns and foundational exercises with kettlebells and dumbbells. Educating and supporting you for safe and effective lifting.

Bands

Using resistance bands, Bands is your resistance and strength training foundations class. Expect to perform squat, lunge, hinge, push and pull movements. Full body class. Nail your fundamental exercises with added flare of pulses and creative movements.

Retreats

We have been flying away on retreat since 2018. We fly to remote locations and venue to inspire and remove distractions. Expect rest and reflection, challenging movement, adventure and play.

We retreat to come back to ourselves birds, to remember who we are, what excites us and for that ultimate reset.
