SGPT & PT Subscription Policy
Minimum subscription term is 3 months, you can then cancel your subscription at anytime. You can freeze your subscription at anytime due to holiday or illness, simply email us to notify. You must use your monthly credits within the month, credits do not roll over.
You can book your SGPT sessions 4 weeks in advance. You can cancel your SGPT session 4hrs in advance. If you cancel within the 4hr window you will be charged a £20 penalty fee. You get one late cancellation per month. If you do not show for your session you will forfeit your session. We welcome babies/kids to off-peak SGPT sessions (Mon-Fri between 9am-5pm and anytime weekends - with some exceptions). PT is a 24hr cancellation window, if you cancel within you can use your session within the 30 days and due to your trainer availability.
Fly Unlimited Class Subscription Policy
Minimum subscription term is 3 months, you can then cancel your subscription at anytime. Subscription is auto-renewal. You can cancel or freeze at anytime. Simple email us to notify. We welcome babies/kids to any of our classes.
Class Cancellation Policy
Late cancellation: The class cancellation window is 4hrs, if you cancel within this cancellation window you will incur a late cancellation fee of £5. No shows: If you have booked on a single session or Class Pack you forfeit your session. Members on Fly Unlimited subscription will incur an automatic fee of £14. Our class cancellation policy is for The Nest classes only, park classes are exempt.
Classes
Fitbirds provide classes throughout the year, however we operate to provide a classes timetable which reflects the changing seasons and the holiday period. This means our schedule is subject to change, bringing you new classes outdoors in the summer months, a reduced schedule outside during the winter months. We also reserve the right to run reduce schedules during the holiday periods to reflect quieter times.
Wet Weather Policy
Fitbirds like to fly in rain or shine. However at times heavy rain and storms mean it is unsafe for and just uncomfortable for us. We we make a call 60min prior to class as to whether the class is cancelled. If you are booked you will get an email confirming the class cancellation and be credited back. If it is small drizzle we will find a tree to shelter.
Privacy and Security
All personal information, health and fitness information you provide to Fitbirds will be kept private and secure. Only authorised employers will have access to your personal information you provide. All emails and newsletters sent allow you to opt out.
