Small Group PT is here to offer you bespoke and individualised training like 1:1 without the price tag.

 

Train within a group of four birds maximum with tailored programming to suit your goals with the added vibes and community of training with likeminded women.

 

Each SGPT session will be intelligently crafted by our trainers, you will get individual support based on any injuries, restrictions and your ability. Our trainers will have your data to ensure any modifications, variations and progressions are offered.

Our SGPT sessions are programmed into splits. Split training is a way to elevate the focus on a particular muscle group or training modality.

 

Split training is here to ensure you are challenging and prioritising all areas of your training.

 

Both trainers and members will have access to a specialist PT software to ensure progress and goals are met.

Our SGPT bookings will go live two weeks in advance every Sunday 6pm so you can plan your sessions according to your own schedule, goals and overall physical and mental vibe. The trainers will have committed slots throughout the week so you can build a real connection with your trainer and SGPT flock.

The early bird 6.15am sessions will only be available from Jan 1st 2026, the below timetable may be subject to change.

Babies - we welcome your babies to our off-peak SGPT sessions: weekdays between 9-5pm and anytime weekends (with exceptions for some cases, like single mothers).

Programming & scheduling.

Upper

Isolate your upper body. Push, pull, press and rotation training. Train your upper body on all movement plains and build strength,  resilience and release tension.

Mobility

Improve the way your body moves. Using resistance mobility drills to build space, freedom and stability in your body. Improve your efficiency in your training and rerduce tension and tightness in the body.

Lower

Target your lower body to strengthen lazy glutes, support tired knees or tight hamstrings.  Strong glutes, strong mind.

Core

Our Core Method  will transform the way you connect with your core. Create a functional, stabile and reactive core. One which will support your through life. Breath-work, pelvic floor and deep core conditioning.

Full Body

Get the job done in one. Target your full body to build overall strength. Expect functional, compound exercises to fire all the muscles in one hit.

Plyo & Power

Train like an athlete. Speed, plyometrics & power training methods to improve your body's stability and reduce the risk of injury. Training to support your 'get up an go' ability.

We offer our SGPT members a 1:1 fitness and wellness consultation to start their journey.

This optional 60min session (£65) will provide you with the framework for the success of your training.

 

During your 1:1 your trainer will learn your goals and dreams. It's an opportunity for you to realise what may have held you back from reaching your goals in the past, working through barriers - social, emotional and mental. Your trainer will take you through foundational movement patterns to understand your strengths and limitations. We also provide nutritional support to guide you on your path to success.

 

From here we can then structure your programme, developing a schedule which will support you in achieving your goals.1:1 progression follow ups are offered at the same rate when and if you feel it's needed. We'll be checking in on you, however just holla if we want to book in for some 1:1 support.
