6 WEEKS REFINED SUGAR FREE!


Our Fit & Well Birds are off on their 6 week journey, we are so excited to guide them through their fitness & wellness goals. Our big nutrition challenge for the fit flock is to ditch refined sugar for the whole 6 weeks, send help!


Help is here with there two incredibly tasty delights!


Get organised birds, whip up these two & you’ll never get caught out reaching for the nasty stuff. Good luck to us all breaking the sugar addiction, we got this!


SNICKERS BAR

MAKES 20

Blitz together in a kitchen whizz:


👉🏼 250G of peanut butter

👉🏼 1/2 cup of oats

👉🏼 15 pitted dates (softened on hot water first)

👉🏼 a handful of unsalted peanuts


Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper & spoon in your mixture.


👉🏼 Melt 100g of dark chocolate & spread on top. Refrigerate. Cut into bite size pieces.


SPIRULINA & PISTACHIO BLISS BALLS

MAKES 12

Blitz all ingredients into a kitchen whizz:


👉🏼 1 cup of dates

👉🏼 1 cup of pistachios

👉🏼 1/2 cup of ground almonds

👉🏼 1 Tbp of Spirulina powder

👉🏼 1 Tbp of melted coconut oil

👉🏼 desiccated coconut for rolling


Roll up 12 yummy balls, roll in coconut & refrigerate.
