Packlist!

The fun bit, we encourage you to pack as little as possible. Yoga mats are supplied at this retreat. Activewear, water bottle, swimwear, slip on sandals, a hat, sun cream, sunglasses, a book, a journal & pen, toiletries. A shawl or layer for meditation. A small backpack for day hike. Hiking boots for our day hike in the mountains. Keep in mind that you will get sweaty so bring several sports bras, leggings, shorts & vests!

Can I come on my own? 

Yes! It is not uncommon for people to come on retreats on their own. If your preference is a twin share, we will pair you up with a fellow retreat guest. In our experience, very special and unique connections are made on retreat so you needn't worry!

Included in your retreat package are return airport transfers. These transfers will be timed to meet our check-in & check-out times: Shuttle pick up eta 1pm Wednesday 3rd at Marrakech & Shuttle dep Kasbah Bab Ourika eta 12pm. Please let us know your flights as soon as you have booked them.

Discovery Hammam

Discover the benefits of the traditional Moroccan scrub. Our therapist uses black soap which moisturises the skin deeply and prepares it for a gentle exfoliation with the “kessa” glove.
30min – 350 Dhs

Traditional Hammam

Begins with the same treatment as the “Discovery Hammam offer” then complete this journey with a “Ghassoul” mask. It is meant to purify and soften your skin by absorbing impurities.
45min – 500 Dhs

Massages

Our therapist will provide you full body massages. Mainly it is a mix between a relaxing and tonic type, just ask your therapist if you have preferences.

Face beauty treatment

Juvenilized your skin with this mask boost made of vitamins, organic vegetable extracts and mineral all from the Ourika valley.

Is there alcohol?

Yes! We are all about with balance birds, you are welcome to enjoy wine, beer or cocktail with your meals.

Is it vegetarian? 

The retreat food is vegetarian, with vegan options.

Do I need yoga experience?

Yoga (fitness levels or surfing experience for that matter) experience is not necessary. We will ensure every moment is playful, welcoming & challenging.

Do I need to participate in everything?

You can choose to be as active or as restful as you like, this is your time birds.

Is there WIFI?
Yes there is wifi, although we will gently try to encourage you all to switch off - us included!

Cancellation Policy:
In the unfortunate & unlikely event Fitbirds have to cancel the retreat any payments will be refunded.
In the event you are unable to attend the retreat we highly recommend you pass your space on to a bird in need. We will also do our best to fill your space. If your space is filled we will give you a full refund. However if we are unable to fill your space we will refund any payments although the deposit will be non-refundable.
