Bumpin': An Empowered Pregnancy
We welcome pregnant birds to all our classes, all our trainers are pre and postnatally trained to support you safely and effectively throughout your trimesters.
However, we know there is a wealth of knowledge to share with you when it comes to supporting yourself and feeling supported during this incredible season of your life.
We have developed our Bumpin' 6wk course to educated and empower you with the information and community you really need.

The Workshops
Our Bumpin' course has one weekly 75min workshops each week. Each workshop is facilitated by an experts in the pre and postnatal fitness and wellness field. Each workshop is designed to bring together your community and provide you with tangible, practical and inclusive knowledge to guide you along your pregnancy, into birth and your post birth rehab.
Many prenatal courses out there put all the focus on the baby, but what about the mama? This is the biggest ride of a women's life and we want you to feel supported, connected and strong as you embark this magical and intense season.
The workshops embody mindfulness, self cafe and community. Our goal is to support you completely so you can trust your body and connect with this experience.

week 1 / pelvic floor (Oct 23rd)
Your mighty pelvic floor is your gateway to a wealth of physical, mental and emotional benefits. This powerful workshop we will explore the anatomy of your pelvic floor and how it interweaves with your breath, your deep core and your nervous system. Come away with tools and tricks to support your physically changing body, reducing the risk of pelvic floor and core dysfunctions such as prolapse and diastasis recti and pain in the body.
week 2 / strength training (Oct 30th)
Building strength is paramount for all women, even more so during pregnancy. Pregnancy asks a lot of the body - from the increased levels of relaxin increasing instability and the increase fluids, weight and pressure on the body. By building strength you put yourself in a much better position to handle this excessive load and pressure, reducing pain and pregnancy related disorders such as pelvic girdle pain. Building strength will also support you for the marathon of birth and improve your recovery in your postnatal season. In this workshop we will de-bunk myths and bring clarity to how to safely and effectively build strength.
week 3 / 4th trimester (Nov 6th)
Many women do not start their rehab until week 6 postnatal, however you can begin your rehab as early as day one. The content in this workshop will not only support you with practices and exercises to do in your early rehab but will equally support you in your final weeks in your third trimester. Using breath work integrated with pelvic floor work, deep core connection and gentle exercises you can restore your core and stay connected to your body.
week 4 / feeding your baby (Nov 13th)
Sally Rickard from Baby Thrive is an IBCLC Lactation Consultant with a background in breastfeeding counselling. IBCLC is the gold-standard professional qualification in breastfeeding, globally recognised.
She works with families to get breastfeeding off to a great start and to help them solve common challenges such as nipple pain or infant weight concerns. She can assess for tongue tie and assist with bottle, pumping and mixed-feeding plans. Sally will offer inclusive advice and tips for all things feeding your baby, meet your where you are at, without any judgement.
week 5 / owning your birth choices (Nov 20th)
Sarah Kerridge Doula, an experience pre and postnatal doula is here to help you navigate the maternity system, understanding your choices, creating a plan to help you feel empowered with the birth you have - whatever they may look like.
week 6 / an empowered birth through yoga (Nov 27th)
Join experienced senior prenatal yoga teacher Toni Osborne for a powerful and nurturing workshop designed to support you on every level — physically, emotionally, and energetically — as you prepare for birth. This workshop combines gentle movement, breath work, and chakra-based practices to help you build trust in your body, ease tension, and feel empowered as you move toward labour and motherhood.
