We are so grateful we have the opportunity to bring us together, let's close 2020 with some extra loving & kindness to ourselves. 

 

S&S is the perfect therapy to reset & restore. Reset our minds after this crazy year. And restore energy & positivity as we allow ourselves to move forwards.

 

Join Uschi Classen (Crystal Vibes) and Jemma Ooi from Fit Birds for 2 special events. We will be hosting this event at our lovely new nest, The Holy Trinity Church. We only have 15 spaces at each event to ensure safe social distancing & we will not need to move from our mats.

 

Stretch & Sound combines nourishing, restorative flow yoga followed by a crystal sound mediation for a truly deeply relaxing & powerful experience. We will offer a space for you to still the mind & open the body while you welcome in the good vibrations.

 

This event is suitable for all levels of yogi, we welcome all.

The Yoga

 

This 60min yoga practice will physically create more space in your body and in your mind. By moving the body in this way (holding postures for longer & using breath work) we will drop into our rest & repair nervous system to welcome in a deep meditative state.

The Crystal Sound Meditation

 

A 60min crystal sound meditation can be a deeply calming and healing experience. The bowls offer vibrations to send us into a sweet tranquil state of stillness opening doors for proper rest, restore & rejuvenation.

Arrive & Exhale

 A 60min restorative flow yoga practice with Jemma

Followed by a 60min Crystal Sound Mediation with Uschi

Sit with the sweet vibrations over chai & chocolate together

"2hrs of pure relaxation. Gentle, restorative yoga followed by the mediative sound bath was 2hrs very well spent. So good to be able to just focus on myself for once, and truly relax. I'm not sure how, or why it works - but the restorative effects were evidence in me running a PB the following day!" Janine
