LET'S GET TO THE CORE OF THINGS
Fitbirds bring you our 30 Day Plank Challenge. Our goal is to teach you beyond the plank. Setting you up with the foundations of the plank to REALLY work ALL of your core muscles using our tried, tested & proven Core Method.
We will be supporting you in perfecting both your front plank & your reverse plank. Why both? Because your posterior chain (back line of the body) needs just as much work - if not more so!
We will be guiding you into a forearm Pilates plank. This plank variation puts more focus on your core muscles, putting more pressure on them to work, removing the load from your shoulders.
We’ll set the timer throughout the 30 days challenge during class so you can track your progress & dig into your competitive streak. We'll be dropping fun plank challenges & variations in class, in your PT sessions & via social media & Fly Online.
The birds who crack the longest planks at the end will not only win the title but prizes too! This challenge is FREE birds, and with everything in life - there is an element of self-discipline here (eep!) so it's down to you to show up for yourself. Go on birds, you're worth it. Hit your plank daily, breath deep & focus on that Core Method breath work.
