The Rose Tree Project supports women impacted by abusive behaviour in relationships.

1 in 3 women experience abusive behaviour in relationships. Thousands of women live with the impact of this abuse. We come together to share our experience, our collective expertise and our coping strategies, supporting one another so that we can move forward.

Fitbirds are proud to support The Rose Tree Project as it works to provide better support & a safe space for women or survivors impacted by abusive relationships.

This special event Nurture is the official opening of The Rose Tree Projects very own secret garden. Nurture is inclusive to ALL women from our growing community, whether you are a victim or supporting presence. The event brings us together to move, share & celebrate in their secret garden.

What to expect
A safe space for guided meditation, mindful movement & a restorative yoga flow. Followed by a nourishing meal around the fire pit, food locally sourced & foraged.

Cost
This event is a 'pay what you can'. A suggested amount of £20. All money raised will go towards creating more magic in the garden, to help TRTP facilitate regular support workshops & drop in sessions.

Fitbirds aim to expand TRTP's reach & community & will endeavour to continue support through offerings of fitness, wellness & community to enable these women a platform to find their wings.
