A place to nurture your heart, mind and body. Located in northern Tasmania, overlooking the majestic Quamby Bluff ranges in the Meander Valley. The project is still in the developmental stages, though we are ready to welcome you and share a slice of the magic - offering food from the land and an opportunity to connect with your natural surroundings.

It was only a matter of time before a mother-daughter collaboration came to fruition! Liza the founder & creator of Hearts Haven Farm and Shani are joining forces to offer you a magical 3 day retreat. Each day has been designed with a particular theme in mind - we endeavour to open the possibilities to refine your life. To strengthen your body & calm your mind. To nourish from the land & to connect with your natural surroundings. Please know that tis retreat is open to ALL fitness levels and yoga practitioners - you can be a complete beginner or super fit, ALL will reap the rewards.

daily 60min morning vinyasa flow yoga

a paddock to plate preserving workshop (Day Two)
a hike up Quamby Bluff including a mountaintop meditation (Day 3)
we will also offer two 60min workshops
What's not included?
accommodation - please contact us for suggested local accommodation
travel - we will carpool on Day Three

4.15-5pm guided healing meditation & closing circle
DAY TWO // FOOD & NOURISHMENT

12.30-2.30pm paddock to plate preserving workshop; forage from the land, make preserves - create a healthy inspiring lunch as a group

3.30-4.15pm restorative yoga
4.15-5pm guided healing meditation & closing circle
DAY THREE // NATURE & CONNECTION
8.45am welcome golden milk latte
9am opening circle
9-10am vinyasa flow yoga
10-11am drive to Quamby Bluff
12-4pm hike up Quamby Bluff together. Inspired guided meditation on the plateau followed by a celebratory drink & picnic.
4-5pm drive back to Hearts Haven Farm
5-5.30pm restorative yoga
5.30-6pm guided healing meditation & closing circle
