Fitbirds collaborate with experts from the wellness industry for an event to educate, energise & empower our mamahood.
We invite all mamas, mamas to be & birds who would one day like to be a mama to this very special 'day retreat' curated with mamas' wellness at the heart.
Becoming a mama & the path to becoming a mama is the single biggest challenge & transformation women will go through in their life. As women we lose our identity as we know it & must carve out a new one. There are so many layers to this new identity birds, from the physical changes, the mental struggles & emotional pulls - in every single direction.
Fly Mamas is here to provide the space to grow, nourish & accept this new us.
What to Expect:
9am Arrive, roll out your mat. Get comfy.
9.30am playful & empowered movement (breath work, core connection & animal flow)
10.30am Grounded Coaching with Janine Green

11.30am Reclaiming Our Birthing Bod's Intuition with Sarah Parker Phyiso

small soft Pilates ball (needn't worry if you don't have one)

The Playful Doula - "10 years into parenting her three wild things, I juggles marketing kids books with work as a doula, but prefers to be known as 'that woman down the road who loves birth & baby'. Becoming a mum is one wild ride, & supporting women through that time with confidence & love is my jam."
Sarah Parker Physio - "When it comes to birthing life & becoming a mama your whole world shifts. Inside & outside of you. What I hear most in sessions is the want & need to reclaim the self when all of your attention & energy is not on you for obvious reason. This is why I always talk about how's things feel. Everything can & will look different now but it's how things feel that is important. In this workshop I'm going to guide you towards reclaiming a sense of your self by using breath & sharing a little pelvic floor trick."
