Combining bodyweight, HIIT & sliding discs to ensure you bust those calories & tone yo' tummy! This class is challenging Birds - prepare to sweat! Will will find muscles you never new you had.

All levels welcome (tho postnatal mamas, please ensure any diastase recti separation has closed up before attending).


Bubs welcome - training is postnatal safe, ensure you have GP 8wk clearance to exercise. Bubs not essential, nor is being a mum!
