Our prenatal class to empower you along your pregnancy and build your community

Rehab

Build from the inside out. Deep core and pelvic floor rehabilitation. Expect breath work, Pilates and functional movement.

Base

The foundations. Perfect your squat, lunge, plank, deadlift and push-up. Using pyramid training and resistance bands to build strength, body awareness and fitness. Base progresses with the class to build lactic acid and build more muscle.

Strong

Get seriously strong. Strong uses functional exercises with kettlebells and dumbbells, educating and supporting your technique for safe and effective training.

Fly

Fly will build strength and your fitness. Suspension training will increase your strength, build stability and align your posture. Fly interweaves suspension training with HIIT to drop you into your cardiovascular system.

Pull

Pull is our calisthenics masterclass. Learn the ropes on the rings and pull-up wall. Pull seamlessly integrates progressions using bodyweight and resistance bands to build you towards that infamous pull-up. The ultimate strength building modality.

Core

Pilates interwoven with compound strength exercises to build deep core conditioning, inclusive of your pelvic floor. 

Box

The gloves are out. Our most empowering class yet. 60min of women supporting women punching the bullshit out.

Badass

Animal Flow. Primal and functional movement with high vibrational feels. Improve mobility, flexibility and strength. Badass will get you into the body and out of the head.

Yoga

From Vinyasa to Yin. We respect the practice and ancient wisdom of yoga. Expect physical assists, pranayama and long savasanas. It's not about touching your toes it's what you learn on the way there.

Pilates

Pilates will support injury rehab, realign your posture, strengthen your core and leave you two inches taller. 

HardCore

Get strong, fit and build core strength. We combine 3 elements: kettlebells and dumbbells to build strength, sliding discs for deep core and aerobic endurance and bodyweight plyometrics for power and speed.

BYO mat & water to all classes.

Rainy day policy: If the weather proves too wet train in, we will make the call 1hr prior to class start time. Please note that Crystal Palace Park rainy days will be taken inside B&G LIFE (on the occassion LIFE is availavle).
