Yes! Although super new mama birds make sure you have your 6 week postnatal GP clearance to exercise. We highly recommend get see a female specialist physio to have your pelvic floor and any diastis recti checked BEFORE beginning.

I AM NEW TO EXERCISE, WILL I DIE?

Lol, obviously you wont die, in fact you will take flight! This plan has been formulate to take you from lazy bird to top of the world bird!
