Once you (we) have safely & effectively rehabilitated yourself after birth its time for Bad Ass Birds & Box Birds!

Shadow Boxing (until COVID-19 restrictions eased)

Our sweatiest & most empowering class! Time to get even birds, a combination of shadow boxing & HIIT.

Yoga mean unity. So we welcome the boys to practice with us too. Classes are a for all yogis & newbies.

Resistance Bands & Pilates Balls

Combining cardio & strength exercises with Pilates. Say goodbye to lazy glutes & hello to sweet, strong & lifted peaches! 

A nice chilled stretch

Fancy 45mins of a relaxing stretch? Expect some deep breathing, a little chatting & a lot of stretching.

Get ready to challenge yourself birds! This class will see you pushing yourself to your limits to get seriously strong & lean. Expect maximum reps & minimal rest!

CORE BIRDS

Want abs & a strong core? Need postnatal rehab? We gotchu birds. This HIIT class combines Pilates for core & cardio for the sweat!
