A 4 Week Course For Pregnant Birds

Our Bumpin' Birds 4 week course is designed to provide expectant mamas with the community, the knowledge, the support & the all the good vibes they need for an empowered pregnancy. This comprehensive course has been created to offer you all of the tools you need to keep mama & buba on a happy & healthy journey.

Bumpin' Birds

is a movement & mindfulness course with community at the heart of it.

We will leave you feeling strong, energised & connected with your baby.

Each workshop is 75mins & will hold a specific theme:

Week 1 | Movement

Exercise safely & effectively strengthening your body for a strong, fit & pain-free pregnancy. We will teach you all the modifications & variations so you can continue to exercise throughout your pregnancy without any worries of training incorrectly.

Week 2 | Mindfulness

Relax & connect with your baby through accessible meditation & visualisation techniques. This workshop will offer you a space to unwind & simply connect with your baby.

Week 3 | Movement

Pilates techniques to safely strengthen your deep core and harness the powers of your pelvic floor. We will incorporate simple yet highly effective breath work techniques helping you prepare for an empowering birth.

Week 4 | Mindfulness

Yoga & Pranayama (breath work) to keep mind, body & baby connected. Physical yoga to hold your posture in check and pranayama to keep any anxieties at bay. We will visit The 4th Trimester offering gentle but essential movements to ensure you have the best possible chance of rehabilitation for your deep core & pelvic floor.

You will come away feeling supported within your Fit Birds community & empowered with the knowledge to continue movement & mindfulness throughout your pregnancy & beyond.

After completion of the course we recommend continuing on your journey by joining our Band Camp & Booty Birds classes. We will also provide follow up workshops for our Bumpin' Birds so you can stay connected & confident.
