Our summer edition of our Mindful Supper Club was yet another spesh one. Cami (founder or La Maison Wellness) and partner in health, created an evening of meditation, yoga and a nourishing summer inspired supper with non-alcoholic cocktails to drool over.

Offering intentions of reflection of the summer months passed, moments to show gratitude for all that is yet to come and to simply be present for an evening together.

Spreading our wings into Spring

Our second edition of Mindful Supper Club was uplifting & inspiring. We gathered around the table at the beautiful Kemble House to share conversation, ideas and laughs. Enjoying a three course meal curated using seasonal ingredients and sipping on endless cocktails (low & non alcoholic) made with ingredients that are actually good for us! What the????

We took a moment to plant a seed of individual intention - it was a full moon after all! We wrote down a little secret intention, maybe a new habit we can make a little space for.

I've made this before and I'll make it again and again, and again! Only a few ingredients, made in seconds - chocolate that tastes amazing and it basically GOOD for you!


1 cup of cacao butter

1 cup of cacao powder

2 tablespoons of maple syrup


6 drops of Do Terra Wild Orange essential oil

a handful of chopped almonds (or mixed nuts, dried fruit)


Bring a large pan with a little water to the boil. Carefully melt the cacao butter & coconut oil in a pot over the water. Bring off the heat and add sifting cacao powder, stir in maple syrup. Optional to add essential oil. Pour into silicone moulds. Option to add copped nuts. Put in fridge to set.

What a beautiful start to 2019! I had the pleasure of co-hosting a weekend of day retreats with the mama bird, on her beautiful property in Tasmania. Our goal was to offer people a full day to nourish their body, mind & soul. We meditated, stretched & sweated together under the glorious Australian sun. We gathered fresh produce from my mums garden, prepared our meal & ate together in the fresh air - Straya your air is so fresh & so clean clean!

Our first Mindful Supper Club was everything & more envisioned.

We opened with a meditation - a moment to arrive, clear our busy minds. We created a little fire with a playful Vinyasa flow then allowed our bodies & our minds to settle with restorative Yin.

Our evening was themed around the crazy festive season and the chilli winter season. We offered Pranayama (breath work), movement, food & provoked thought, all to compliment the current environment.

Sometimes I speak soooo much rubbish birds! Tho this time I’m actually reeling you in for the good shiz. We’re 6 months into the year 😱 so perhaps some bad eating habits have slipped their way back in.

Take a moment out of your crazy life to find some therapy in rolling these sweet balls of goodness, keep them in the fridge but then make sure you have them handy in your bag/office for those moments of 3.30its, rushing out the door without your breakfast or sneakily inhale it while you're stuck in those endless meetings.
